I can’t open front and rear cameras at once

Dual-cam needs hardware and OS support for simultaneous cameras. If your device doesn’t support it, DualVox shows a notice and falls back to a single camera or media talk-through. That is expected, not a crash.

Camera, microphone, photos, or location don’t work

Turn on the matching permission for DualVox in system Settings. If a permission is off, capture, audio, saving videos, or the place watermark will be unavailable or reduced.

My video has a DualVox wordmark

Non-member videos may include a text watermark. Membership can remove it as shown on the in-app membership screen.

How do I sign in or copy my user ID?

When you are signed out, use Settings → Help → Sign in (Apple ID or phone number). After you sign in, Sign in is hidden from Help. Tap the membership row under Account & membership to copy your user ID so we can look up membership and orders.

How do I subscribe, cancel, or get a refund?

iOS membership is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscribe and renew in the app and on the App Store. To cancel auto-renewal or request a refund, use your Apple ID (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Apple’s refund process). We cannot refund Apple charges on Apple’s behalf.

How do I delete my account?

After signing in, go to Settings → Account & membership → Delete account. We then delete account and related server data under our control (except where the law requires retention). This cannot be undone.

Does the teleprompter appear in the finished video?

No. The teleprompter is only on screen while you record. It is not written into the video.
